This lens flipper is designed specifically for clinical optometry use.
It securely holds standard trial lenses and provides a precise, comfortable handling experience during refraction procedures.

• 90° orientation marks for accurate lens positioning
• Integrated flex zones to improve controlled elasticity
• Optimized grip ergonomics
• Secure and satisfying lens insertion
• Reinforced central structure for long-term durability

The internal geometry has been carefully designed to allow controlled flexion while maintaining structural stability. The result is a firm but smooth lens placement experience.

Optimized Print Profile Included

The recommended print profile uses:

• 40% infill in the central stress zone
• 15% infill on the remaining structure
• 0.12 mm layer height
• 0.4 mm nozzle
• PLA recommended

This configuration provides excellent balance between strength, flexibility and print time.

No supports required.
