Its thin walls and fine gear teeth print well on standard FDM printers using a 0.2 mm layer height and 20 % infill, and the model does not require support material when oriented flat on the build plate. PLA or PETG are suitable materials, though a slightly higher nozzle temperature (around 210 °C) helps achieve smooth tooth edges. For a reliable first layer, print with a thin brim and ensure the bed is well‑leveled before starting the job.
