Luigi – Mini Flexi Keychain (Super Mario)

Here is my Mini Flexi version of Luigi, the loyal and iconic companion to Super Mario.

Reimagined in my articulated Mini Flexi style, this model keeps the classic green hat, blue overalls and signature mustache, all optimized for clean FDM printing.

Print-in-place articulated body, no assembly required.

This model works perfectly as a keychain or collectible, and pairs beautifully with the rest of the upcoming team.

Print Settings

• Recommended layer height: 0.12 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Infill: 10–15% is enough
• Wall Generator: Arachne (important for clean details)
• Supports: No
