Drip Tray – Parametric & Modular (V2)

This drip tray is designed to neatly and hygienically dry bottles, caps, and other items. The modular and parametric design allows you to fully adapt the system to your needs.

🔧 Parametric Model

This is a parametric model.
If you need specific dimensions (for example a different tray size or custom measurements), feel free to contact me. I can adjust the model to match your requirements.

What’s New in V2?

✅ Fully Adjustable Pillar Positioning

The first version had 4 fixed mounting points for the pillars.
This V2 now uses nuts, allowing you to position the pillars in any desired hole of the grid. This gives you much more flexibility depending on what you want to dry.

✅ Included Nut Wrench

A custom-designed nut wrench is included to make tightening the nuts much easier and more convenient.

✅ Reinforced Parts

The pillars and nut wrench have been reinforced in this version to improve strength and reduce the risk of breaking.
⚠️ Please do not scale or modify these parts, as this may compromise their strength.

⚠️ Tolerance & Assembly Notes

Print tolerances vary depending on your printer and filament.
Because of this, the nuts may feel tight during the first few turns.

  • Do not force them.
  • Take your time during installation.
  • If it feels too tight, turn back 1–2 rotations and continue gradually.
  • Do not overtighten, as this may damage or crack the print.

As we say in Dutch: “tight is tight” — once it’s secure, stop turning.

Modular System

You can decide yourself how many pillars and nuts you need.
Simply duplicate the required parts in your slicer based on your intended setup.

Ideal For

  • Drying bottles
  • Drying caps and accessories
  • Kitchen use
  • Workshop use
  • Any application where controlled draining is needed

If you have feedback, suggestions, or custom size requests, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to improve and expand the design.
