These are my 2.2 comp spec, Euro style bead lock wheels. I designed these with the intention of creating a competition spec bead lock wheel that is strong and aesthetically pleasing.

 

Features:

• Designed for PLA or PLA+
• Extremely lightweight
• Increased infill percentage for the barrel, face plate and lock ring creating a stronger wheel for competition use
• Increased the top and bottom shell thickness to 1.2mm each
• Classic Euro style face
• Deep bead lock groove to accept all 2.2 size tire beads
• Smooth inner bead lock barrel
• Reinforced holes for strong bead clamping
• Fully compatible with my other 2.2 faces and barrels
• Bead lock barrels are compatible with most aftermarket 2.2 carbon wheel faces
• Compatible with Dlux knuckles
• Fully rebuildable

 

Recommendations:

• Plates are preset for a full set 4 wheels. Add/Delete items as needed.
• Brim is highly recommended for the bead lock bodies.
• Textured plate is highly recommended for the bead lock bodies as smooth plates allow the model to lift and lose alignment.
• Faces can be printed on effect plates to give an optional look. i.e. carbon fiber, etc.
