🔌 Truss Cable Management Clips (2" OD Trussing)

These clips are designed to snap onto standard trussing with 2" outer diameter tubes and provide a simple, clean way to manage and organize cables using the integrated side channels.

Ideal for staging, lighting rigs, events, studios, and anywhere clean cable routing matters.

🧩 Two Clip Sizes

Both versions share the same inner diameter to fit 2" OD truss.
The only difference is the channel size:

• Power Clip → Larger channel (embossed “P”)
• Signal Clip → Slightly smaller channel (embossed “S”)

This makes it easy to visually identify the correct clip during installs.

🖨 Recommended Filament

• PETG (Recommended)
  • More UV resistant
  • Slightly flexible for better snap-fit

PLA, ASA, ABS, or other filaments will also work, but PETG offers the best balance for durability and outdoor or semi-outdoor use.

⚡ Print Speed & Efficiency

• 0.6mm nozzle + PETG
  → ~12 clips in under 5 hours
• 0.4mm nozzle
  → ~45 minutes per clip

Designed with thicker features and draft-friendly geometry for fast, reliable printing.
