🛠️ Simple PTFE Retention Clip for TPU Printing🛠️

A minimal snap-in clip designed to lock your disconnected PTFE tube into the factory cable chain near the print head.
The chain is already shaped to fit the PTFE tube — but it doesn’t hold it securely. This small and simple clip fixes that.

 

Keeps the tube cleanly routed and firmly in place during TPU printing.

 

Designed for the P2S. It should also be compatible with P1S, P1P and X1C models. While the cable chain itself is likely different, the mounting section it attaches to should be similar — however, I’m unable to personally verify this as I do not own those printers.

 

Once you reconnect the PTFE tube, there’s no need to remove the clip — it can stay in place for future TPU prints.

 

Instalation

 

For better heat resistance in enclosed printers, printing in PETG (or another temperature-resistant material) is recommended.

 

No mods. No glue. Just snap and print.
