The HELiX Tactical Base Camp Edition is specifically designed for rapid access and organization of your CR123A / 16340 lithium cells. 

Perfect for your workshop, home storage, or a stable base camp setup. 

This version combines the rugged HELiX aesthetic with a quick-access friction-fit lid, keeping your power sources organized and ready for action.

 

✨ Key Features & Specifications

• Quick-Access Design: Features a plug-in / friction-fit lid (no threads) for the fastest possible access to your batteries.
• Base Camp Ready: Ideal for stationary storage in workshops, gear lockers, or organized base camp environments.
• High-Tolerance Fit: Internal diameter of 17.5 mm to accommodate variations (16mm to 17mm) among different battery brands and protected cells.
• Tactical Aesthetic: Maintains the signature HELiX rugged look and textured grip.
• Internal Clearance: 40.5 mm vertical space to ensure even slightly longer "protected" cells fit perfectly.

⚠️ Important Note:

Friction-Fit Only: This lid is designed for easy opening and does not lock or screw into place. It is not intended for loose transport in a backpack. For mobile use, please secure the lid with a strap or use our HELiX Screw-Top versions.

 

⚙️ Print Recommendations

• Material: ASA, PETG or PLA-CF for a tactical finish.
• Walls: 3–4 wall loops for maximum durability.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm is perfect for this design.
• Infill: 15–25% (Gyroid recommended).
• Supports: Designed to print support-free.
