After losing the original polar scope cap for my Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i Pro, I tested a replacement model from Thingiverse. While the design worked, I found it too flexible and not secure enough for regular outdoor use and transport.

I therefore designed a completely new version with a stronger and more durable construction. The cover fits snugly on the device, stays firmly in place during transport, and is easy to remove when needed.
