🔧 How to Assemble

Assembly is quick and straightforward. Choose the fastening option that matches the version you printed.

🧩 Parts Overview

Printed parts:

• Center clamp
• 3 ring arms (2× 60mm, 1× 75mm)
• Optional cup holder
• Printable screws (if using all-print version)
• End cap

Hardware (depending on version):

• 2x Thread inserts or
• 2x M6 nuts
  • Glue (if using M6 nuts)
• M6 bolts

🛠 Option 1 – Thread Insert Version (Recommended for durability)

1. Install heat-set thread inserts into the designated holes in on the side and top of clamp
2. Align the three ring arms on top of the center of clamp.
3. Secure firmly using M6 bolt.
4. Attach M6 bolt through side of clamp
5. When screw has gone fully through, screw the end cap to the screw
6. Mount the assembly onto your stand and tighten the clamp.
7. Add the optional cup holder if desired.

🔩 Option 2 – M6 Nut Insert Version

1. Install M6 nuts into the designated holes in on the side and top of clamp using glue.
2. Align the three ring arms on top of the center of clamp.
3. Secure firmly using M6 bolt.
4. Attach M6 bolt through side of clamp
5. When screw has gone fully through, screw the end cap to the screw
6. Mount the assembly onto your stand and tighten the clamp.
7. Add the optional cup holder if desired.

🖨 Option 3 – All-Print Version (Fully Printable)

1. Align the three ring arms on top of the center of clamp.
2. Secure firmly using M8 bolt.
3. Attach the second M8 bolt through side of clamp
4. When screw has gone fully through, screw the end cap to the screw
5. Mount the assembly onto your stand and tighten the clamp.
6. Add the optional cup holder if desired.
