Description
The Trabant 601 was the “Volkswagen” of the GDR – hated and loved at the same time. Like the VW Beetle or the Golf before it, it shaped the streetscape for years and could be found almost everywhere. Over time, it gradually disappeared from public view, but today it is considered a charming piece of automotive history that inspires more and more people.
This model comes as a practical kit card in 1:64 scale and is optimized for a layer height of 0.12 mm. No support material or raft is required. Both multicolor and single-color printing are possible – however, it should be noted that multicolor printing generally consumes significantly more filament.
Carefully remove the components from the frame with snap-off pliers and deburr them cleanly. Then press the wheels onto the designated mounts and insert the clips from below through the opening. Finally, connect the upper and lower parts.
This model is for display purposes only. The wheels are not functional and cannot be moved freely.
