P1S Large Door Handle

This is a large door handle for the Bambu P1S, which I originally made just for fun - but now consider a pretty good improvement over the factory handle.  

 

NOTE:  The uploaded file DOES NOT have my maker's mark, as shown in the photos.  (I like to include my maker's mark on objects I print for myself, family or friends - but not on published designs.)   

 

I printed mine with PLA Tough +, using the standard Bambu slicer settings and tree support.  (Basic PLA should work okay too.)  The slicer oriented the object on its side for optimal support printing.

 

It uses no additional hardware.  To install, simply slide it over the original handle from right to left.  When fully installed, the left end of the original handle will still be visible - but recessed behind the new handle.  (See photo.)  It's a snug fit and feels solidly attached to the door, with no give or wiggle .  Because of this, I recommend you deburr or sand edges before installation.
