Description
Designed this picatinny mount vertical grip when I couldn't find any that I particularly liked. Originally used Recticle's M-Lok version on another rifle with an M-Lok rail, but wanted something similar for a quad rail. So I designed this from the ground up in fusion (step file included) with influence from Recticle's model. Printed with ASA-CF with a good amount of walls and infill for strength. 0.16 layer height and fuzzy skin activated on the slots on either side of the grip gave the part a nice look with good functionality. I used HIPS support material in order to print this vertically with the top picatinny side on the build plate. Found this to work the best but YMMV. Utilizes M5 hardware (M5x25mm I believe), but make sure to compensate for your particular filaments; anywhere from 0.5-1% increase in scale was sufficient in my case, but again, YMMV. I am just a hobbyist, I don't care what you do with this part/file, I'm just here for fun and hopefully I can help someone! Don't be dumb! Practice firearm safety!
