⚙️ Printing Instructions

• 🧵 Material: PLA (Recommended)
• 📏 Layer Height: 0.2mm
• 🧱 Infill: 10-15% (Gyroid)
• 🔄 Wall Loops: 1
• 🧽 Ironing (Optional): Enable "Ironing" on the topmost surface of the base for a professional, "factory-made" look. Other parts are printed face down to achieve the textured 

⚠️ Important Assembly Guide & Tips

1. Print the Parts 🎨

• ⬛ Base: Print Base in Black or Dark Brown.
• 🟩 Letters: Print Letters in your favorite spring color (like pastel green or blue).
• 🟨 Characters: Print Chick (Yellow), Bunny & Flower Petals (White), and Flower Center (Yellow).

2. 🧩 Unique Letter Placement (CRITICAL!)

Every single letter is designed to fit only in its specific slot on the base. The "A"s, "E"s, and "P"s are NOT interchangeable! If a letter feels like it requires too much force to insert, stop! You are likely trying to put it in the wrong spot. Swap them around until they slide in properly.

3. 🤏 Tight Tolerances

The model features tight tolerances for a snug, seamless fit. Some of the smaller details (like the bunny or the chick's legs) might require a bit of firm, even pressure to click perfectly into place.

4. 💧 Final Step (Glue)

While the friction fit is tight, it is highly recommended to add a small drop of super glue (CA glue) to the back of each piece before inserting it. This will make your sign completely solid and durable over time.
