Lithophane Lamp with your Pictures / IKEA KAPPLAKE

Hello, thank you very much for your interest in my self-designed lithophane lamp.

Simply print the parts as provided in the files and assemble them as follows:

1. Place the on/off switch into the round opening, with the rounded side facing the inside of the lamp.
2. Clip the IKEA LED spot into place. Make sure that the power plug runs underneath the small bridge.
3. Feed the cable through the hole into the lamp and connect it. Only after connecting it should you press the cable into the cable guide.
4. Slide the lithophane panels into the slots (smooth side facing inward).
5. Insert the clips into the top supports and then snap the lid into place.

Finally, insert the TPU feet into the bottom — and the lamp is ready to use.

Creating the Lithophanes

To create the lithophane images, simply use the Bambu Lab Lithophane Maker.

Follow these steps:

1. Open MakerLab.
2. Open the Lithophane Maker.
3. Upload your photo.
4. Set the ratio to:
   • Width: 114
   • Height: 135
5. Align the image on the right side.

Under the Attributes tab, set the following values:

• Margin: 2.25 mm
• Margin Thickness: 1.6 mm

The image should now measure approximately 133.6 mm in height and 113.5 mm in width.
