Dual Stick Arcade Controller (MAME)

The original design is outstanding but, certain games require dual joysticks. Here ya go…

I sliced up the model in Fusion and remixed it for dual joysticks. Note that the center button holes are set up for 30mm buttons and the top ones are for 28mm. I also made some refinements:

An important improvement was made to the holes for the fasteners. The holes in the base now have a countersink rather than a flat overhang which required support. You can turn off support for the base! (It is still needed for the top since the face is recessed.) You can use a 3mm flat head screw for a perfect fit. 

The USB receptacle in the housing was eliminated in favor of a 7mm round exit hole. Just tie a knot or put a cable tie on your USB cable.

The top edge was chamfered to protect your hands.

The faceplate is chamfered for an easier fit. I recommend printing everything in PLA (or PLA Tough) and glueing this in place.
