Description
Are you even a firefighter if you're not carrying “The Irons”?
This model is a full-size mockup of a Halligan bar, available in 24" or 30" versions. It’s designed as a display piece or prop, perfect for firefighters, firehouse décor, or a unique gift for someone in the fire service.
Some light sanding and CA glue may be required for final assembly depending on your printer tolerances.
I primarily print this model using PETG using a textures PEI plate, but it should also work well with PLA, PLA+, or other common filaments with proper settings.
Once assembled, the finished piece makes a great desk display, wall prop, or firehouse conversation piece.
*A Halligan bar, also known as a Halligan tool or Pro-Bar, is a tool used by firefighters for forcible entry and other tasks. It has been a key part of a firefighter's toolkit since the 1940s. The bar is named after Hugh Halligan, a First Deputy Chief of the New York Fire Department, and was named in 1948.
