Extendable Easter Bunny with secret Candy Storage

This special Easter Bunny is not just a decorative figure – it also hides a small surprise.

The head can be removed, revealing a hidden compartment inside the body where you can store candy or small gifts.

A fun feature of this design is the extendable legs.
The bunny is about 29 cm tall, but the height can be increased using two extendable segments, each adding 2.5 cm.
 

The decorative pearl collar around the belly was carefully designed so it prints cleanly without supports.
 

Note: Because the legs are extendable, very heavy items should not be placed inside the compartment.

Assembly Notes

Recommended assembly order:

1. Glue the arms together first
    

   
    

2. Glue the pearl collar (parts named "skirt-front" & "skirt-back") to the belly
    

   
    

3. Attach the arms to the body
    

   
    

4. Leg assembly:

   Glue the smallest leg piece into the skirt

   Place the middle leg segment over it (do not glue)

   Glue only the largest leg segment into the feet - This keeps the legs extendable.
    

While the glue is drying, please make sure the legs do not slide up or down. The middle segment should not touch the feet during drying, so it’s best to lay the bunny on its side while the glue sets.
 

Two optional bunny tails variations are included.

Bunny-tail

The two optional bunny tails require manual supports.
These supports are already included in the 3MF file, so nothing additional is required when using it.

However, if you are printing from the STL files, please remember to add manual supports for the bunny tails before printing.
 

Some parts use adjusted layer heights to ensure smoother transitions.
