Description
Boost athletic performance with this 3D‑printed Reaction Trainer designed to challenge the brain, body, and reflexes all at once. Whether used for sports training, conditioning drills, or fun coordination games, this trainer helps athletes sharpen reaction time, improve quick‑decision skills, and develop better hand‑eye coordination.
The three‑armed design creates unpredictable bounces and flight paths when tossed, forcing athletes to read and react instantly. Each arm features a clean, geometric shape optimized for durability and consistent movement. The center hub is engineered for balanced weight distribution, ensuring dynamic and varied rebounds with every throw.
Use it for solo work, partner drills, or team warm‑ups to engage both cognitive processing and physical agility—ideal for developing “athletic intelligence” and elevating performance in real game‑day situations.
Take your training to the next level with a tool that connects the mind and body for faster, smarter, and more responsive athletic performance.
The Reaction Trainer is designed as a multi‑piece print for fast production, color flexibility, and consistent fit across different printers.
The hub is printed separately from the arms. Tolerances have intentionally been added to ensure reliable printing, even on machines with less‑than‑perfect calibration. Because of this, the arm sockets may feel slightly loose on some printers and tighter on others.
A small dab of super glue is recommended when attaching the arms to the hub to ensure long‑term durability. Once glued, the assembly becomes very sturdy and ready for training use.
To minimize total print time and avoid unnecessary color swaps, the arms are designed to be printed one at a time (print‑by‑object) rather than all together. This approach reduces travel time, speeds up layer completion, and works especially well when printing each arm in a different color for reaction‑based drills.
If you want to confirm the fit before committing to a full 3‑arm print:
This allows you to customize the fit to your printer’s tolerances without wasting time or filament.
