Hair Clip

Recently my girlfriend asked me to create a hair clip for her with a unique shape. This is the model I came up with. I hope you like it as much as she did.

Note: The torsion spring is not shown in the assembly sheet. The hair clip is compatible with a torsion spring of 5mm diameter and 3mm width and can be bought from Bambu lab or other stores that you may prefer.

Assembly Guide:

To assemble the Hair Clip you will need the 3D printed parts, top, bottom the pin and a torsion spring. The pin is split in 3 components, 2 sides and a middle section, which is where you will place the torsion spring on top of.

• Place the top and bottom parts where the hinge is and insert one side of the pin to hold it in place.
• Once you insert the pin in one side, place the torsion spring on top of the middle pin section, and add it to the rest of the assemply
• Finally insert the other side of the pin to hold the spring in place
