Cross Cut Sled Fence Jig (thin kerf)

Fence alignment jig for table saw cross cut sled. Runner fits in .095" blade kerf (diablo). Build your sled as you traditionally would but leave a small tab to keep the bottom square. I have found the easiest way is to screw one end of the fence to the sled and allow the jig to align the other points. Fit the runner in the kerf, square up the fence, and add remaining screws. 5 cut method calculated the needed adjustment was only .007" over 30" span on the first use.
