Description
Bring your favorite scents to life — no candles, no mess, no batteries required.
This forced-air aroma diffuser tower uses a press-fit 80mm fan base to actively pull air through a scent medium of your choice — wood shavings, cedar blocks, dried botanicals, coffee beans, cotton with essential oils — and disperse fragrance continuously through a decorative triangular lattice tower. Set it on your desk, nightstand, or shelf and let your printer do what it does best: make something genuinely useful.
The design is two-part and tool-free. The tower press-fits onto the fan base and can be swapped or remixed independently. The triangular cutout pattern isn't just decorative — it's tuned for airflow, creating natural draft channels that carry scent outward in all directions as air rises through the column.
Print Details
Original Printed on a Bambu Lab P2S using Sunlu PLA Matte at 0.20mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle on the High Quality profile. No supports needed. The lattice geometry is self-supporting and prints cleanly with standard settings. Two parts, two plates — the tower and the fan base print separately.
What goes inside?
Almost anything aromatic and breathable but not fine enough to fall through vent por perforations. Can use a nylon mesh bag for finer stuff:
Avoid anything that could shed fine particles into the fan. The tower sits over your scent medium — no direct contact with the fan housing.
Fan compatibility
I used this fan $10 USB fan from Amazon: https://amzn.to/47yKNhS
Designed for a standard 80mm USB fan and 4mm self tapping screws . The base press-fit is sized for common 80mm PC-style fans. A 5V USB fan means you can power it from any USB port — computer, hub, or wall adapter. Quiet, low-draw, and runs indefinitely.
