Description
I have prepared my mountain bike on a scale of 1:5 for 3D printing. Unfortunately, I cannot publish the model with the logo (company brand).
The entire model is just over 40 cm long and fully functional:
The suspension fork, rear shock absorber, dropper post, steering, and pedals are fully movable.
The drive also works via a belt drive - provided the rubber band has the correct tension.
I used a rubber cord with a diameter of 1.8 mm and glued the ends together with a small drop of two-component adhesive (epoxy resin).
I've included a few spare parts for small components in the print file. This applies to the thru-axle that connects the rear triangle to the main frame (the small tabs on the end tend to break off easily) and the very small triangular alignment pins.
