Description
This is an updated version of my fully printed hose clamps found here:
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1894479-hose-pinch-off-pliers-fuel-brake-line-clamps#profileId-2029671
This new version has some changes as suggested by Brando306. The jaws are shorter so they can apply more force. The handles have a stiffening feature to reduce flex. The lock collar is larger to allow more adjustments.
There are four models available. All are print-in-place and require no additional hardware.
Medium is probably good for most use cases. It fits the fuel line found in most vintage cars and tractors.
Small is the size you want for the clear tubes used in aquariums and hydroponics.
Large is for things that are finger sized.
Plus Ultra Large is ridiculously sized and might work on a soft garden hose. I have not found a practical use for this size.
After printing, wait for the print to cool. Use a utility knife to cut the support material between the two section as shown in the photo above.
