Gweike M3 Hinge Drill Guide

I had some issues with the hinges for the lip of my Gweike M3 Ultra. I found that some screw holes were drilled off location at the factory and they needed to be repaired. 

Included are a spacer block that acts to space the lid the correct distance for the hinge and acts as a drill guide to use a 19/64" drill to install rivet nuts in place of the threaded holes in the sheet metal. Also included is a flat plate that acts a guide to check hinge screw hole location. 

Required Supplies:

• Drill
• 11/64" Drill 
• M5 Rivet Nuts

Use Steps:

1. Screw Spacer Block to M3 lid
2. Align lid to frame side hinge holes.
3. Use 11/64" drill to drill new hinge bolt holes
4. Unscrew Spacer Block from Lid
5. Install M5 rivet nuts
6. Install hinge
