ARB OME 60007 Suspension Strut Bush

Boost MeI want to do more of these why not boost us for free help us get some TPU for testing

So recently I was doing some maintenance to the rear end of my Toyota Hilux, you've already seen one design used there, the brake pipe bender, this is the next release from that project.

 

This bush fits the top and bottom of the ARB (OME) 60007 suspension upgrade for the Toyota Hilux. I cant say for certain but it should fit the OEM Toyota struts too, if you want to try I'd test print one in PLA before committing to TPU. This also applies of you want to test this on other vehicles. I'm aware that these struts do fit other vehicles too so possibly the bushes are the same.

 

As you'll see these have been tried and thoroughly tested racking up over 1300 miles and they work perfectly. We don't do AI rendered images at Cairn Focus3d! I was worried there might be layer separation but there are absolutely no signs of this and I am still currently running the original set. 

 

Polyurethane bushes are a great upgrade however it is advised to apply some silicone grease as they can be squeaky if they dry out,

 

For my Hilux people out there I will be doing more of these just waiting on better weather to get back at some upgrades!
