Description
🌌 Blob of Annihilation Miniature – Devourer of Worlds
This miniature is part of the Monster Manual 2024 Collection, a series of iconic creatures faithfully reimagined as dynamic, tabletop-ready sculpts.
The Blob of Annihilation is not a creature in the traditional sense — it is a fragment of cosmic entropy given form. A drifting mass of destructive energy, born from the remains of dead gods and the collapsing edges of reality itself.
Where it moves, existence unravels.
This miniature captures the Blob as it surges forward in a rolling wave of consuming void-energy. Its form is not solid, but a thick, swirling mass of cosmic matter, sculpted to resemble a living tide of annihilation flowing across the battlefield.
Within the writhing surface, distorted skulls and skeletal remnants appear half-consumed by the entity’s body — echoes of the countless beings that have already been devoured. One massive skull emerges prominently near the front, its hollow jaws opened in a silent scream as it dissolves into the swirling void.
The Blob’s body flows outward like a crashing wave, with heavy tendrils and folds of cosmic matter curling forward. These shapes are intentionally thick and interconnected, ensuring the miniature remains structurally stable while still conveying unstoppable motion.
The entity crashes over a ruined battlefield base of shattered stone and broken masonry. Pieces of ancient structures are partially engulfed by the Blob’s advancing mass, visually reinforcing the scale of its destructive presence while providing strong contact points for reliable 3D printing.
The pose conveys inevitable destruction.
This is not a monster that fights.
This is a force that erases.
✨ Key Features
🎨 Great for Painting
Perfect for dramatic cosmic effects: deep purples, void blacks, glowing blues, and nebula-like color transitions. The swirling surfaces allow for wet blending, glazing, and dry brushing to create galaxy-like depth. Embedded skulls provide striking contrast with bone tones, while subtle glowing effects can enhance the otherworldly energy within the mass.
📏 Scale & Compatibility
Scaled for standard tabletop RPG play, including Dungeons & Dragons. Ideal as a catastrophic encounter, cosmic horror, summoned apocalypse, or world-ending event creature.
It does not hunt.
It does not think.
It does not stop.
The Blob of Annihilation simply consumes. 🌌
