This is a multi-part Hulk Pikachu model designed for printers without AMS. All parts are separated by color so you can easily print them on different plates and assemble them later.
The model is easy to print and assemble, and every plate and part is clearly named to make the process straightforward.
⚠️ Important Notes
Supports are required for most parts.
Make sure your print bed is clean before printing.
You may use a brim for smaller parts to help them stay on the bed during printing.
Clean up the parts well after printing before starting assembly.
I’m not responsible if parts fall off the bed during printing. My prints completed without any issues.
🧩 Assembly Overview
Assembly is simple and mostly slot / joint based.
Insert the feet into the pants.
Attach the body to the pants.
Insert the tongue first, then assemble the upper and lower body parts.
Insert the white and black parts of the eyes.
Attach ear tips, nose, tail, and teeth.
⚠️ Small Parts Warning
Be careful when inserting the teeth and make sure they are in the correct position.
The teeth are very small parts, so be gentle and patient during assembly.
They can break if too much force is applied.
Having tweezers ready may help when placing the smaller pieces.
📏 Scaling
The model is designed to print at 100% scale.
You may scale up if you want a larger version, but make sure to scale all parts equally.
Scaling down is not recommended, as the smaller pieces may become difficult to print and assemble.
🛠 Additional Notes
Glue may be needed for some parts if the fit feels loose.
If needed, I may create an assembly guide later.
🎨 Color Customization
Feel free to customize the colors:
I printed the pants in black, but you can change them to purple for a more classic Hulk look.
Eye colors can also be changed based on your preference.
