Description
3D-printable bracket for mounting a 140mm fan onto a 2020 aluminum extrusion profile. Attaches to the extrusion slot using M5 screws with integrated T-nut clips. The curved cradle hugs the fan housing while the two side tabs provide screw-through mounting points for the fan itself. Great for open-air PC builds, electronics cooling, or any project where you need directed airflow along a 2020 frame.
Material:
PETG or ABS recommended for heat resistance near PC components. PLA works if well-ventilated.
Hardware:
2x M5 bolts + T-nuts (extrusion side), 2x fan screws (fan side).
