Description
Hidden mounting pocket for a Xiaomi Bluetooth tracker inside an e‑bike motor housing. The holder is designed to be glued to the inner side of the Bosch ActiveLine motor cover, keeping the tracker invisible from the outside while still easy to remove for battery replacement (after unscrewing the motor cover). The model includes glue relief holes so excess adhesive can escape and create a stronger mechanical bond.
In my setup, hot glue did not adhere well to the motor plastic and the mount came off. I recommend a two‑part epoxy adhesive – after a month of riding and re‑opening the motor, the holder was still perfectly solid. For extra security, you can also tape over the Xiaomi Tag and holder once installed.
The mount should be printed with supports. I used organic/tree supports; if you print at 0.2 mm layer height, set the support gap to 0.25 mm – supports release cleanly and the print is trouble‑free. Fast, simple print for a very useful hidden tracker location.
Note: The holder is designed and fitted for the Bosch ActiveLine motor. It may work with other Bosch motors, but you must check fitment on your own before gluing.
