Cutting Board / Chopping Board Feet - TPU

I made a simple model for the base of my chopping board to stop it scratching my benchtop. The feet are printed in TPU, which also helps stop the board sliding around on the counter.

I countersunk the chopping board using a 10 mm drill bit, then mounted the feet with M4 countersunk wood screws. I added these lips to prevent any warping of the feet. They hold in place perfect.

I’ve uploaded the design with the TPU settings that worked well for me.

Make sure your TPU is very dry before printing. I had quite a few issues until I dried mine properly.
