20mm Reinforced Quick Release Buckle

This 20mm quick release buckle is designed for straps up to 20 mm wide, making it ideal for backpacks, bags, outdoor gear, and DIY projects that require a strong and reliable connection.

The classic side-release mechanism allows quick attachment and easy release with a simple press, just like standard backpack buckles.

This model is an improved version of my 15 mm buckle, featuring a reinforced locking mechanism for increased strength, while keeping the same clean and compact design.

The geometry has been optimized for FDM 3D printing, with tolerances designed to ensure smooth operation and reliable performance.

• PETG recommended for flexibility and durability
• PLA suitable for testing or light use

Suggested settings:

• 3–4 walls
• medium infill
• 0.2 mm layer height
