Elegoo Neptune 2 dual 4010 blower fan mod remix

Dual part cooling fan mod for Elegoo Neptune 2.

Deleted the ugly and noise inducing grid in front of hot end fan.

This is actually remix of @terrorhai remix (https://www.printables.com/model/392704-v21-printhead-for-elegoo-neptune-22s), but decided to put it here for easier finding. This mod improved overhang performance clearly, compared to one fan Satsana setup.
