Case of the Culture

This case fits Bunka takitsuke, a traditional Japanese igniter, perfectly.
Of course, you don't have to put the Bunka takitsuke in it.

Parts required for assembly

• 2 * M3 35mm screws
• 2 * M3 50mm screws
• 4 * M3 nuts

Production Procedure

1. If you wish to use Bunka takitsuke, please print on PET resin such as PETG for the body. (Since the Bunka takitsuke is soaked in petroleum, it may melt with other materials.)
2. The gasket is intended to be printed with TPU. Other materials have not been tested.
3. After printing, connect the parts together with M3 screws and nuts.
4. Connecting joints on the back should be joined together with M3 35mm.
5. The latch on the front should be fastened with M3 50mm. Please fix the same screw to the part where the claw of the latch is caught.
6. The gasket should fit into the groove of the base.

It is airtight to a certain degree, depending on printing accuracy. It is not perfectly airtight. :)

組み立てに必要な部品
・M3 35mmねじ　2本
・M3 50mmねじ　2本
・M3ナット　4つ
※ねじではなくボルトでも大丈夫です

制作手順

1. 文化焚き付けを入れる場合、本体はPETGなど、PET樹脂で印刷をしてください。（文化たきつけは石油がしみ込んでいるため、ほかの素材ではとけてしまう場合があります。）
2. ガスケットはTPUでの印刷を想定しています。他の素材は試していません。
3. 印刷後、各パーツをM3のねじとナットでつなぎ合わせてください。
4. 背面の接続ジョイントは、M3 35mmでつなぎ合わせます。
5. 前面のラッチは、M3 50mmで固定してください。ラッチの爪が引っかかる部分にも同じねじを固定しておいてください。
6. ガスケットはベースの溝にはめ込んでください。

印刷精度にもよりますが、ある程度の気密性があります。完璧な気密性ではありません。:)
