Print Settings
- Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG recommended for best hinge durability).
- Layer Height: 0.2mm (standard).
- Walls: 3.
- Infill: 15% (Gyroid is excellent for this geometry).
- Supports: NO supports needed.
- Orientation: Print all flat panels face-down on the bed.
Assembly Instructions
- Print all necessary panels.
- Align the side panels with the base.
- Take a piece of 1.75mm filament and insert it through the hinge holes.
- Optional: Briefly heat the very tip of the filament with a lighter (just a fraction of a second) and flatten it against a flat surface to create a head, preventing it from sliding back. Trim the other end and repeat.
