From Whiskey to Fragrance: The Next Level of Mechanical Displays

If you've followed my work, you know I love a good mechanical reveal. I’ve built everything from whiskey and soda cases to Pokémon displays and jewelry boxes.

My friend asked me to make one for his favorite JPG fragrance. 

This is a custom Folding Door Box designed specifically for the Jean Paul Gaultier "Le Beau" fragrance. Instead of a simple lid or a nesting shell, I engineered a multi-segmented door system that retracts smoothly to the sides.

It's designed to print without any support material waste. I have carefully layed out the pieces so that there is minimal waist when printing with ams.

3D printed parts :

• Top pins x 2
• Base x 1
• Top x 1
• Back pcs x 11
• Door parts x 22
• (Alternative base for LED)

Other parts required :

• 2 pcs Steel/alu rods ø6mm x 200mm long.  !!Link bellow!! 
• 22 pcs Round Magnets 6x2mm
• Ca glue.
