Mandala bookmarks

I’m excited to share my mandala bookmarks with you - these delicate, lace-like designs have been such a joy to create.

I made the base intentionally thin - just 2 layers - so translucent filament could be used for creating even more elegant look.

 

It’s quick and easy to print and result is gorgeous.

 

In case it is important for you, please note that, bookmarks’ widths are not identical. I was experimenting and letting my imagination wander, so each one ended up with its own personality :))

 

Printing Tip: I highly recommend turning on your slicer’s ironing feature for the top surface. I’ve had great results with speed 60 mm/s and flow 20%. I didn’t use ironing on the bookmarks shown in the photos, but I’m working on a “seasons” set now, and ironing makes a huge difference in smoothing the surface and hiding tiny imperfections.
