Disney Letter With Name Fully Custom Generator

With this fully custom coded generator you can make your very own 3D printed name letters with a cute Disney style font just like the ones in the photos! Take a look at some examples below and in the listing images! The design can be fully customized easily by clicking the green “CUSTOMIZE” button on the listing, once the customizer loads you can freely change the word to generate your own custom name plate in whatever size you want!

To Customize!

1. click on the green “CUSTOMIZE” button found in the model listing

2. Once you see the popup just click on the green “CUSTOMIZE” button again 

    

3.  From there you will be put into Bambus “Parametric Model Maker” and on the left you will see the following options:

    

   CUSTOMIZER

   1. Text Settings
      • Main Letter - The big letter of the model
      • Name - the name placed over the big letter
   2. Dimensions
      • Letter Size - the overall size of the big letter
      • Letter Thickness - how thick the big letter is
      • Name Size - the overall size of the name
      • Name Height - hoe tall the name stands above the letter surface
   3. Position and Rotation
      • Name X Offset - moves the name left or right
      • Name Y Offset - moves the name up or down
      • Name Rotation - rotates the name
   4. Base Cutter
      • Enable Base Cutter - turns on a flat bottom cut for letters like “S” for example that do not stand well on thier own
      • Base Cutter Y - moves the flat cutting plane up or down

Things To Keep In Mind

Support Generation: In your slicer make sure you enable support generation and make sure that the “Remove small overhangs” option is turned off, take a look at the image below so you know exactly what setting to set:

Default values: The Default settings are what I recommend for a standard 3D standing letter however feel free to play around with them if you want a different size or thickness, it's completely up to you! Keep in mind you will most likely have to move the name using the X and Y parameters in order to place it on the big letter exactly where you want it

Filaments: Below you will find the Bambu filaments I recommend in order for you to get the exact same look as the ones I have in the photos!
