Description

A dual Raspberry Pi 10 inch (254 mm) server rack. I've designed it to fit a Raspberry Pi 3b+ but it should fit a Raspberry Pi 5.

My design includes three support ribs and some hex grid for improved air flow.

I've tested and printed using dried Bambu PETG HF. I recommend the following settings to minimise warping:

• Gyroid infil 15%
• Outer brim
• Plus five degree bed temps (80 C)
• Cooling part fan at 0% for the first 5 layers

I've used 3 walls and use a print profile with xy hole compensation. 

The mounting pads for the RPi board print better with supports but the supports were difficult to remove from the hex grid holes. It prints fine without supports.
