🌱 Stackable Plant Sign – High-Efficiency Batch Printing

This minimalist plant sign is designed for maximum print efficiency using a clever stacking technique. Perfect for labeling seedlings, herbs, or garden rows while saving time and filament.

🔧 Key Feature: Smart Stack Printing

This model uses a 0.2 mm spacing between stacked layers, allowing multiple signs to be printed on top of each other in a single print job.

⚠️ Important:
Do NOT change the layer height.
The 0.2 mm gap is specifically tuned to match standard layer height settings, ensuring the prints separate cleanly after printing.

🚀 Why this is awesome

  • Mass production made easy – print dozens of signs in one go
  • No supports needed – clean separation thanks to precise spacing
  • Time efficient – less setup, fewer print cycles
  • Material efficient – minimal waste, tightly packed prints

✨ How it works

Each sign is slightly offset vertically by 0.2 mm. Your printer bridges these tiny gaps, creating a “stack” that can be easily separated after printing. See the attached video. If the layers are really stuck, try wiggling a small knife between them.

🌿 Use Cases

  • Garden plant labels
  • Seed starters
  • Herb identification
  • Nursery organization

🧠 Pro Tips

  • Stick to 0.2 mm layer height for best results
  • Use a well-tuned first layer for consistent stacking
  • If separation is tight, gently flex the stack or slide a thin tool between layers
