Cube Nuroad Stem Light Mount - Sigma Aura / Buster

This under-stem light mount was specifically designed for the 2026 Cube Nuroad series. It provides a clean, minimalistic, and aerodynamic look by utilizing rounded and angled edges to sit perfectly underneath your stem.

Compatibility Please read carefully before printing (see provided example images for compatible and incompatible stem types):

• CONFIRMED FIT: Cube Nuroad ONE, Pro, and EX (Model Year 2026). These models route the cables externally outside the stem.
• DOES NOT FIT: Cube Nuroad Race, SLX, C:62, or any models where the cables are routed internally through the stem and frame. There is no space underneath the stem on these models!
• LIGHTS: Fully tested with the Sigma Aura 100. The slide mechanism should also fit the Sigma Buster series (150, 400, 800, 1100) since they use the same track standard. However, since the Buster lights are slightly longer, clearance towards the frame has not been physically verified yet.

Step 1: The 30-Minute Fit-Test Template Before printing the final mount, please print the provided template (Schablone). It takes less than 30 minutes!

• The template is ONLY designed to test the fit around your stem, NOT for testing the light attachment.
• If you are unsure about your bike model, print this first.
• Fits other stems or brands? Please leave a comment with a picture, your bike model, and the year so I can update the compatibility list!
• Future updates: If there is enough demand, I might adjust the design to fit ALL Nuroad models or create a version that clamps directly to the handlebars instead of the stem.

Hardware Required To assemble the mount, you will need:

• 4x M3 Nuts
• 4x M3 Countersunk screws (Minimum overall length: 8.5mm)
• 1x Original screw and nut from your Sigma light mount (simply unscrew the plastic slider from the original silicone strap and attach it to this printed part)

Print Settings & Materials

• Template: PLA is perfectly fine for the quick fit-test.
• Final Mount: Since gravel bikes have no suspension, the final part MUST be printed in ABS, ASA, or PETG (PETG is untested but should work) for higher impact resistance.
• IMPORTANT: Do NOT use Carbon Fiber (CF) or Glass Fiber (GF) infused filaments, as these will scratch your bike frame and stem!
• Note: Tolerances may slightly vary depending on your specific printer, filament, and slicer settings.

Assembly Instructions For an easier installation, it is highly recommended to drill out the 3mm holes on the printed part. Do this on both the side with the countersink for the screw head and the side for the nut. This will make threading the screws much smoother.

Disclaimer & Real-World Testing This mount was thoroughly tested on a 2026 Cube Nuroad EX WITHOUT internal cable routing in the frame/stem. I have personally ridden light trails, very rough gravel and forest sections, as well as over 60 km/h on tarmac. The mount shows absolutely no signs of cracking or material fatigue. However: I am NOT liable for broken mounts, lost lights, scratched frames, or any other damage. If you are afraid of losing your light on rough terrain, I highly recommend securing it with an additional safety tether or strap to your handlebars. Print and use at your own risk.

License & Remixing (STEP files included) I am providing the .step files so you can easily modify the mount for your personal needs. However, the strict rule is: If you publish a remix, you MUST upload it as a remix of this original model or clearly link back to this page. Strictly NO re-uploading to other platforms (like Printables, Thingiverse, Cults3D, etc.) and NO commercial use or selling of printed parts! This stays exclusive to the Makerworld community.
