This is a humidifier mount for the Nihon Kohden ventilator. It uses the GCX channel system, with pressed in threads and grub screw much like the OEM GCX.

 Ruthex ¼"x20 threaded insert

McMaster Carr Grub screw > ¼" -20 x ¾"  ( 94355A544 )
