Offset tolerance dual test

This is a dual tolerance test for your printer.
Left side test pieces are printed outside the test sheet. 
Right side test pieces are printed in the test sheet opening.

 

The numerical values on the pieces are in millimeters. These inticate that how much the test piece is offseted from the test sheet opening (10mm diameter).

 

NB! When tested with standart system, preset the slicer program won´t recognise the cap in the right side 0.05mm test piece and will print the piece and the sheet as a whole. Changed the slice gap closing radius to 0.02mm, now it will print as a seperate piece like intended.

• Sheet lenght: 88 mm
• Sheet width: 25 mm
• Sheet height: 5 mm
• Piece lenght: about 17 mm
• Piece width: almost 10 mm
• Pece height: 4 and 5 mm
• Filament amount: 9.91 g
