Compliant Mechanism Technology: No screws, no glue, no external springs. Each flower is secured by a precision-engineered "compliant button" that uses the material's own elasticity to snap-lock into place. It’s 100% 3D printed.
Flat-to-3D Spiral Transformation: The flowers are printed flat to ensure perfect bed adhesion and zero supports. Once printed, the spiral wraps around the central pin, creating a stunning concentric 3D volume that mimics nature's Fibonacci patterns.
Zero Support Design: Optimized for FDM printing. Print, assemble, and wear. No waste, no post-processing.
Original flower creation: Careful geometry ensures beautiful and abundant blooms.

🛠️ Assembly Instructions (Check Assembly Guide for details)
Base: Choose the headband size that fits you best.
Layering: Place the Leaf (optional) and the Basket onto the desired pin.
The Bloom: Take the flat-printed 2d and convert it into a Spiral Flower, pass the pin through its center.
The Lock: Press the Compliant Button onto the pin until you hear/feel a satisfying "click". Your flower is now securely locked!
🖨️ Print Settings & Recommendations
Material: *
Headband:PETG is highly recommended for its superior fatigue resistance and flexibility. In case you choose PLA just notice it probably won't recover at all. Best results were obtained with PETG, but I'll let you try and discover!
Flowers/Buttons: PLA or PLA silk to ensure brightness. Use as many color as you wish.
Speed: Since all project has important details at first layers 30-35 mm/s is recommended.
Infill: Gyroid recommended, especially in headband.
