Glock 19 IWB Holster

This model is a printable version of a thermoform-style holster, purpose-built for makers who want to print, fit, and carry. Designed for the Glock G19

Features

• IWB design with full-height sweat guard.
• FOMI & multi-point low-mount hole patterns for wide compatibility with most IWB belt attachments.
• Mounting holes for the ModWing concealment claw (recommended) double as adjustable retention points. Includes a third hole behind the claw head for added stability - replace the short factory screw & nut with the specified size below.
• Built-in concealment geometry: raised offset behind belt attachment helps pull the holster tighter to the body, even without a claw.

Material & Printing Tips

• Recommended material: PLA Basic is fine, PETG is recommended. For users expecting excesive heat, ABS or PET-CF is recommended.
• Supports: Required and can be stubborn dependant upon print orientation and support settings. Clean carefully to avoid over flexing and snapping the sight channel - applicable for more brittle mateirals. A needlenose pliers is quite handy here.
• I recommend using glue for improved bed adhesion, and a .6mm nozzle if available to reduce print time and increase layer adhesion.
• While changing the models orientation to print completely vertical improves print quality, it results in layer lines running perpendicular to the slide, increasing friction or “drag” upon holstering. Some users may find this displeasing.

Retention Hardware - If installing a ModWing

• Slotted Posts: 3× (8-32) 0.5"
• Screws: 1× Oval Head 0.625" (0.3" head) for ModWing head mount; 2× Truss Head 0.5" or 0.75" (0.4" head)
• Rubber Bushings: 3× 0.5" x 0.18" x 0.25" (the lower 2 can be swapped for thicker 0.5" x 0.18" x 0.375" bushings if desired)

If not installing a ModWing:

• Slotted Posts: 3× (8-32) 0.25"
• Screws: 3× Truss Head 0.375" (0.4" head)
• Rubber Bushings: 3× 0.5" x 0.18" x 0.25" or 3× 0.5" x 0.18" x 0.375" 

Belt Attachment Hardware:

• Slotted Posts: 2× (8-32) 0.25"
• Screws: 2× Truss Head 0.25" (0.4" head)
• Rubber Bushings: 2× 0.5" x 0.18" x 0.25"
