The Corner Clamp 90° is a practical tool designed to securely hold parts at a perfect 90° angle :)

The Corner Clamp 90° is a practical tool designed to securely hold parts (1mm to 30mm thick) at a perfect 90° angle. Ideal for gluing, assembling, or aligning corner joints with precision.

The design consists of 5 parts:

• BASE – holds the inserts and the screw together
• INSERT2 – supports one side of the workpiece at 90° and mounts onto the base
• INSERT – supports the second side and connects to the screw using circlips
• SCREW – applies clamping force and mounts between the base and INSERT
• CIRCLIPS – secure the screw to INSERT for smooth and reliable operation

Assembly

1. Attach INSERT2 to the BASE
2. Connect INSERT to the SCREW using the CIRCLIPS
3. Mount the SCREW assembly into the BASE
4. Tighten the screw to clamp your parts at a precise 90° angle
