📝 DESCRIPTION

A simple but extremely strong low-profile clamp designed for CNC workholding – tested in real workshop conditions.

This clamp is perfect for holding workpieces from the edge without interfering with your toolpath.

The low profile design keeps everything clear while still providing strong and reliable clamping force.

Designed specifically for M6 hardware with a floating washer for better pressure distribution and smoother tightening.

🔧 Features:

  • Strong and compact design
  • Low profile – ideal for CNC machining
  • Edge clamping without obstruction
  • Optimized for M6 screw + washer
  • Real workshop tested

📏 Clamping Range:

  • Approx. 18–25 mm material thickness

🧰 Hardware:

  • M6 screw
  • Washer (recommended for smooth movement)

🖨️ Print Settings (recommended profile included):

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm
  • Walls: 6
  • Infill: 25% Gyroid
  • Material: PETG (recommended)

  • Top Z distance: 0.3 mm
  • Bottom Z distance: 0.28 mm

Adhesion:

  • Brim: 5 mm
  • Brim distance: 0.3 mm

🧱 Print Orientation

Print on the side for maximum strength.

💡 Notes:

  • Print orientation is important for strength (Print on side)
  • PETG is recommended for durability and slight flexibility
  • Designed for real use – not just a display model
