I have adjusted the retention hook for the project to make accidental opening more difficult.
I also modified the loop for attaching the carabiner; it is now printed on only one side so there are no gaps where the air freshener could slip out!
Let me know what you think and if this modification is sufficient for you. If not, I will do my best to find a new solution!

I designed this minimalist modular diffuser to be printed in one single piece (Print-in-Place), ready to use as soon as it comes off the build plate. It’s the eco-friendly, cost-effective, and stylish solution for fragrancing any environment.
🌬️ How It Works
- Snap open the air freshener (the hinge is printed integrated!).
- Insert 1 or 2 cotton pads.
- Soak the cotton with a few drops of your favorite essential oil or perfume.
- Snap it shut and place it. The cotton will gradually release the fragrance through the ventilation grid.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings - PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU MOVE THE ARTICULATION FOR THE FIRST TIME!
- Recommended Material: PETG strongly recommended. Essential for car use (resists summer heat on the dashboard without warping) and better resists chemical degradation from essential oils. (In the example, I used Bambu Lab PETG Grey).
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm.
- Infill used: 100% (recommended)
- Supports: ABSOLUTELY NO. The design is self-supporting.
