Description

This is a high-strength, two-piece mounting system designed specifically for RTK antenna poles. I created this for the Roborock RTK antenna (Rockneo model), but it fits Segway Navimow (I think) and any other system using a standard 25mm pole.

The system includes a split-body top clamp for a rock-solid grip and a solid base unit to keep your antenna at a consistent height.

Design Notes & Improvements:

  • Perfect Fit: After real-world testing, the base cup has been designed with a 1mm diameter tolerance (26mm hole for 25mm pole). This ensures a smooth "drop-in" fit that won't bind, while the top clamp provides the final rigid fixation.
  • Built for Strength: I have optimized this print for mechanical durability. While it takes about 3 hours to print, it's designed to be a permanent, heavy-duty solution.
  • Modular: Print as many top clamps as needed for your specific setup.

Optimized Print Settings (as shown in images):

  • Material: PLA+ (consider PETG).
  • Walls: 5 Wall Loops (Ensures solid material around bolt holes).
  • Infill: 35% Gyroid (The strongest all-around pattern for mechanical stress).
  • Layers: 0.20mm Standard.
  • Supports: Disabled (Designed for clean bridging on Bambu Lab printers).
