Print Settings
- Material: PETG or Tough PLA (for better thread durability).
- Wall Loops: 5 (Crucial for thread strength).
- Infill: 40% - 100% (use 100% for the smaller M6 versions).
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (Higher resolution helps the internal threads).
- Orientation: Print vertically (head on the build plate). Activate supports on critical only!
Tip: If using the Internal Thread option, run a metal bolt in and out once to "prime" the plastic threads for a perfect fit!
